I was delighted with my stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and packed with all the amenities a traveler could need, offering a great view. The service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff, making my experience from check-in to check-out outstanding. The location was lovely, close to the night market and within walking distance to various attractions. However, the dining options were not as impressive for vegetarians, and some areas of the hotel seemed a bit dated.
Staying at the Horizon Club Level was a delightful experience, with large and very comfortable rooms filled to the brim with everything a traveler would need. However, compared to other Shangri-La properties I've visited in the past, the rooms here seemed a bit smaller and more tired.
